Dear Angela,
Thank you so much for your wonderful presentation on the use of crystals for healing. I found it a great experience.
I was wondering whether you could remind me of the stages you took us through when we worked with the crystals as I did not take any notes at the time!

Thanks for the comments. I really enjoyed the conference. The most important thing to remember when working with crystals is your intention. Energy follows thought.
When a crystal comes to you, cleanse, dedicate and attune the crystal to the task it will be helping you with. Take time to relax, breathe deeply and to connect to the earth. Imagine a light flowing through you as you cleanse the crystal of any slower vibrations and dedicate your crystal to working only with a high fine vibration (use words that are true for you). To attune the crystal, take time to go into your crystal and see yourself asking the crystal to work with you on the task for which you chose the crystal.
